At just 20 years old, Maria Mihailik is already turning heads with her distinctive voice, delicate fingerpicking and emotionally honest songwriting. Blending intimate storytelling with a timeless folk sensibility, her music sits somewhere between Joni Mitchell, Naima Bock and her own quietly powerful modern sound.
Her self-titled debut album is set for release in April 2026, produced by Cameron J Niven at his Surrey Docks studio using vintage tape machines and a minimalist touch to create warm, impressionistic textures around Maria’s haunting vocals.
With her first single Mary released in January, followed by live dates in London and across the UK, this is a chance to catch a remarkable emerging songwriter in an intimate setting.
