About the show
Two Russian works showcase the rich orchestral tradition of the late Romantic era. Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade weaves tales from The Arabian Nights, while Glière's lyrical Horn Concerto features talented young soloist Claire Marsden. A BBC Young Musician brass finalist studying at the Royal Academy of Music, Claire has performed with orchestras including the BBC Philharmonic.
