About the show

One concert, three of the biggest names in classical music. Beethoven’s Fourth Symphony takes you on a journey, from brooding, dark, moody beginnings to a blaze of light, in just 30 minutes. Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 2 sings with charm and sparkle, full of easy grace. Haydn’s ‘Bear’ symphony gets its unusual nickname for sounding like the music for dancing bears at the circus. See if you agree.
