The Circles

Formed in the West Midlands in 1979, The Circles were an integral voice in the UK’s mod revival scene, blending the energy of punk with classic 1960s mod influences.

Their vibrant sound and sharp lyrics earned critical acclaim through singles like "Opening Up”, "Circles" and “Angry Voices”. Despite breaking up in 1980, the band’s passionate fan base kept their legacy alive through reissues and compilations.

The band reunited in 2019 and have since released 2 singles and 2 EP's on Detour Records plus their latest double album, "Anthology" which chronicles the bands 45 year career.

The Circles continue to resonate across generations, celebrated for their melodic power, lyrical depth, and energetic live shows.
