Outside The Box Comedy Club

Hayley Ellis is a stand up comedian based in the North.

Comedian from the West Midlands.

Stephen Bailey is a comedian, television personality and writer, whose friendly and open brand of gossipy humour has made him one of the most sought after acts in UK comedy today.

His sharp, warm and sassy take on life tunes into our day-to-day lives with his razor sharp wit and intelligence as he tackles the art of conversation. With so much social media have we forgotten how to just sit and engage with each other on a human level? Are we still able to express ourselves in more than 140 characters?

As well as his live stand up, Stephen is also high in demand for his TV and radio work with regular appearances on ITV's Weekend with Aled Jones and Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side. He has also appeared on ITV2's Safeword and CelebAbility, ITVBe's Kate's Wardrobe Secrets, W's Celebrity Advice Bureau & Channel 5’s It's Not Me, It's You.

‘He has charisma, he has his own style, he has a wicked line in material and the ability to go off-piste with crowd work that is achingly funny’ (One 4 Review).

'Refreshing to watch, a comic who is so beautifully comfortable in his self that the show he has created is rich with positivity' (The New Current, 2014).

"When it comes to being funny, he's just got it." (ScotsGay)

"Bailey is an absolute crowdpleaser, getting the room howling with laughter.” (Chortle)

Stephen Bailey featured in Ents24's 20 Hardest Working Comedians of 2018 list.

Manchester-based stand-up comedian originally from Ireland.

Chortle Student Comedy Award 2013 Manchester Heat.
