Two nights, June 7th and 8th, bringing, Sheffield, Austin, Texas and Novia Scotia, Canada together!
On June 7th ,as a pre-roll to his birthday, Ash throws a party at cafe 9 playing new and old favorites along with longtime bassist , Johnny Griff . Joe H. Henry from Nova Scotia opens with his own brand of bluesy, gutsy folk tunes. The next night June 8 we flip it and Joe H Henry is the feature with Ash Gray opening. Each night is going to be packed with raw Americana folk energy and maybe a surprise jam or two between Ash and Joe.

Texan country rock troubadour. Ash is the owner of a warm, versatile set of vocal chords that lend themselves to a variety of songs that range from melodic Beach Boys late ’60s, early ’70s experimentation to uptempo country rock as well as a little blues and much else besides. Expect everything from country rock to psychedelic pop music with various other rootsy influences chucked into the mix.
