Get your Saturday flow and caffeine fix with Yoga Coffee Club, a bi-weekly sesh at The Taproom by Tap Social.

Join for a 60-minute all-abilities yoga class followed by filter coffee or tea and fresh pastries from Proof Social Bakehouse - all in the flagship Tap Social venue, The Taproom!

The session will typically begin with grounding and breathwork, followed by a flow-based movement practice and ending with savasana (rest).

Doors open at 11:45am, with the yoga starting at midday. Stay for a chat while you enjoy your cuppa and a croissant, or take to go.

Tickets include the 60-minute yoga class, a hot drink, and Proof pastry.
