Charlie Floyd takes to the stage at Newgate Social for a live set to kick things off, before joining host Neave Farry for a relaxed chat about music, writing, producing, and everything that sits behind the songs. Neave leads the conversation throughout the night, keeping things moving between stories, questions, and a few left turns, the kind of chat that feels more like being in the pub after a gig than a formal interview.

Charlie, from North Shields, has spent the last decade building his sound from the ground up hear from early band days in BALTIC to fully stepping into his own as a solo artist, writing, producing and shaping everything himself. Expect insight into how songs actually come together, local scene insights, how to be labelled as Narc's rising artist, and what it really looks like trying to carve your own lane in music right now.
