About the show

Power Shift is a free, community-led International Women’s Day programme bringing together women and gender-diverse voices for a day of honest conversation, connection, and shared insight.

Inspired by this year’s theme Give to Gain, the day is built on a simple idea: by giving our time, experience, and lived perspectives, we help our local and wider communities gain knowledge, confidence, and momentum for change.

Across the day you can expect:
• Two international speakers; one joining us from France and one from Canada
• Live panel conversations exploring power, collaboration, and future systems
• Space for reflection, discussion, and connection

This is a relaxed, supportive event, not a formal conference. You’re welcome to listen, learn, and take part in the conversations in whatever way feels comfortable.
