Turin Brakes

The group that've made folk rock fashionable again, Turin Brakes lace their melodic acoustic musings with a healthy dose of indie to make the perfect hummable songs for those lazy summer afternoons. Mind blowing vocals and awesome guitar from this very talented band.

Founded by childhood friends Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian, the band as of 2025 is made up of Knights, Paridjanian, and long-term collaborators Rob Allum and Eddie Myer. They released their Mercury-nominated debut The Optimist LP in March 2001 and followed it up in 2003 with their most commercially successful album - Ether Song.
