You may remember author Lesley McDowell from our most recent Noir at the Bar event and we are delighted to welcome Lesley to the bookshop this time to celebrate the paperback launch of Love & Other Poisons on Wednesday 1 April at 7pm.

Based on the true story of Glasgow socialite, Madeleine Smith, accused of murder in 1857 - author Sara Sheridan describes the novel as “A seductive tale of sex and death”.

The event will include author interview with Daydreams owner, Elaine Sinclair, audience Q&A and book signing. Complimentary refreshments will be provided.
