About the show
From London’s live music scene to The Oval Bandstand in Margate – The Nightshift are bringing the unmistakable sound of the 1980s to Summer Sundays!
Following a sold-out show at Walthamstow Trades Hall in London, The Nightshift arrive at The Oval with a brilliant mix of new wave, New Romantic classics, synth-pop, electro-disco and unforgettable 80s anthems.
Expect the songs you know every word to, the dancefloor favourites you grew up with and a few forgotten bangers you haven’t heard in years.
From Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet and The Human League to David Bowie, Eurythmics, Depeche Mode, Wham! and Simple Minds, The Nightshift deliver a celebration of one of music’s most iconic decades.
Think Rio, Don’t You Want Me, Sweet Dreams, Gold, Relax, Take On Me and Just Can’t Get Enough – all performed live.
Whether you lived through the 80s or simply love the music, this is an afternoon worth getting together for.
Featuring - The Nightshift
The Nightshift is the best 80's party band in London! Playing new wave to new romantic, synth pop to electro-disco.? Crowd pleasers, floor fillers and forgotten bangers.
