Stormy Sundays: Live music with Soul, Rock & Iconic Hits

Powerhouse vocals, timeless soul and iconic hits. Stormy Sundays bring the sound of Etta James, Prince, Adele and more to The Oval.

STORMY SUNDAYS LIVE AT THE OVAL

This Sunday, Stormy Sundays bring their rich, powerful sound to The Oval Bandstand for an afternoon that moves from classic soul and R&B through to rock and contemporary favourites.

An experienced four-piece live band, Stormy Sundays draw on an impressive catalogue of music from Etta James, Beverley Knight, Prince, Adele, Joe Cocker, Bonnie Raitt and Chris Stapleton – artists known for great songs, distinctive voices and plenty of soul.

Expect the classics you know, a few tracks you might not expect, and a band that knows how to deliver them live.

It’s a set made for sitting back with a drink in the sunshine – although we suspect you might not stay sitting for long.
