From the Opera House to the West End
Join Soprano Grace O’Malley for a journey through the words of opera, operetta and musical theatre. Exploring the stage’s most memorable Heroines, dazzling divas and hopeful dreamers.
The programme features music by Mozart, Handel, Verdi and Puccini, alongside operetta by Johann Strauss II and Gilbert & Sullivan, before moving to the worlds of Broadway and the Westend with songs by Rodger’s & Hammerstein, Stephen Sondheim, Andrew Lloyd Webber and more.
Grace O’Malley is a British Soprano from Lancashire. She was a chorister at Manchester Cathedral and studied at Chetham’s School of Music and the Junior Royal Northern College of Music before continuing her training at the Royal College of Music and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

Outstanding 15-year old Soprano from Rossendale. In 2012, Grace won the under 15 vocal solo competition at the prestigious Llangollen International Eisteddfod and in April 2013 this year was awarded a BBC / Rotary young citizen of the year award for her charity work.
