About the show
Celebrating the release of Creepy Crawly's 'I Feel It On My Skin' which is being released on 5th June 2026. A full band show in the beautiful new venue Kamera Ballroom in Chorlton.
Creepy Crawly is the folky dream-pop project of Bristol-born and Manchester-based songwriter Rachel Cawley. This sophomore albunm, 'I Feel It On My Skin’ is expansive and lush in sound - the songs examine the gaps between perceived truth and what may be reality. Written during a summer of unstructured freedom after leaving a 9-5 job, the time felt like a throwback to hazy teenage summers, where six weeks felt like forever, waiting for real life and its limitless possibilities to start.
Support comes from the incredible Grace Elizabeth Harvey who will be playing as a trio - her music could be described as avant-folk, characterised by harmonically intricate guitar, conversational, wandering vocals and playful, unconventional lyricism.
