Manchester comedy Legend and host of XS Malarkey. Toby was the inaugural winner of The Les Dawson Award, beating a shortlist including Peter Kay, Daniel Kitson, Dave Spikey, Ken Dodd, Caroline Ahearne, Craig Cash and Steve Coogan.
