James Oliver is one of the UK’s busiest acts, playing more than 300 gigs a year all over the Britain, Europe and the USA.
He has performed more than 3,000 gigs and shared the stage with many acts including Albert Lee, Bill Kirchen, Deke Leonard, Greg Koch, Walter Trout, Steve Gibbons, Billy Bremner, Geraint Watkins and many others.
In 2020 James won the UK Blues Awards Emerging Artist of the Year and has since been nominated three additional times.
James released two studio albums, three live albums and his album ‘Twang’ was number one on the Amazon Blues Charts for three weeks. James is currently working on a new record with legendary producer John Leckie.
James’s YouTube channel has more than 20,000 subscribers with more than nine million views.

James Oliver’s career is definitely on the rise! Winner of the Emerging Artist Prize at 2020's UK Blues Awards, James has already rubbed shoulders with many of the greats of the guitar firmament Albert Lee, Bill Kirchen, Greg Koch to name just a few. Now, having recorded three vital, very contemporary albums, he is preparing to write a new chapter of not only his career but also Welsh music history.
