Always Be Comedy presents a huge night of stand-up at The Tommyfield, featuring Nish Kumar and Amy Annette.

Expect a brilliant evening of live comedy with Nish’s high-energy, politically charged punchlines alongside Amy’s sharp, candid and effortlessly funny take on modern life. Two distinctive voices combining for a cracking night in an intimate setting.

Since beginning his comedy career in 2006, Nish has achieved global success on the stand-up circuit with his rave-reviewed solo stand-up shows receiving huge recognition from industry and fans alike.

Nish is a double Edinburgh Comedy Award Nominee, panel show regular, and hosts The Mash Report (BBC Two) with comics Ellie Taylor, Steve N Allen, Jason Forbes, Tom Neenan and Rachel Parris. He has also hosted BBC Radio 4 Extra's topical comedy show Newsjack.

Amy Annette is a stand-up comedian, co-editor and contributor to the critically acclaimed book ‘I Call Myself a Feminist?’ as featured in the Guardian, i Newspaper and Time Out. Amy has also been featured on the Reasons To Be Cheerful and Evil Genius Podcasts and Stuart Goldsmith’s Infinite Sofa.

She has supported comedians like; Rose Matafeo – opening for her at the taping of her special in the West End, and Lou Sanders – supporting her on tour. She regularly appears London clubs like Moth Club and 21 Soho.
