About the show
An exciting artist making a name for herself on the UK jazz scene, Hannah Brine is delighted to be making her debut at the London Jazz Festival, bringing an afternoon of beautifully crafted original songs alongside a carefully chosen selection of popular standards. Growing up alongside her Brazilian best friend, Hannah's music blends elements of bossa nova with the influence of her parents' late-1960s and early-1970s record collection, alongside folk-inspired storytelling, creating songs that feel warm, melodic and nostalgic. Whether performing an original song or reimagining a much-loved standard, Hannah creates an atmosphere that is personal, uplifting and effortlessly conversational. Audiences can expect heartfelt lyrics, memorable melodies, moments of humour, and songs that invite listeners to slow down, connect and enjoy the music.
Featuring - Hannah Brine

Inspired by the Great American Songbook, with a voice & song writing style likened to Carole King, Norah Jones and Rumer, Hannah writes & performs lush ballads & lively jazz anthems, telling tales of growth & change, of life & loss, all destined to be modern classics.
Hannah's debut album "Blue Sky Now" is out later this year.
