Join PC Plum and PC Bean on their adventures of ineptitude. At the very bottom of the Chief Inspectors pecking orders, these two plonkers are given the most tedious jobs around. Whether it be monitoring traffic, patrolling the park or filing paperwork... they are completely and utterly useless. Mostly stuck in the station's dingy basement, the pair occupy themselves in the silliest of ways... will they ever get the job done?
