This edition is even more special as we celebrate the official launch of Maxwell D's highly anticipated new album, Social Issues. Fresh from its release, Maxwell D will perform tracks from the new project live, giving audiences an exclusive opportunity to experience the music up close in an intimate Live Lounge setting.
Joining Maxwell as the headline special guest is Mighty, the internationally acclaimed Soca artist from Saint Lucia. Known for his infectious energy, powerful stage presence and unmistakable Caribbean sound, Mighty will bring a vibrant burst of Soca to the evening, making this a truly unique live experience.

Born in Dulwich, South London, Maxwell D’s journey began with early influences from his father, Natty B of Choice FM (now Capital XTRA). At just 17, he won an MC competition on KOOL FM, launching what would become a groundbreaking career. From charting UK Garage anthem “Serious” to his time with the influential Pay As You Go Cartel, collaborations with artists including Ms. Dynamite, Ludacris, and appearances alongside Kanye West, Maxwell has consistently shaped and influenced UK music culture. His songwriting has even reached Hollywood, featuring in the No.1 box office hit Ted starring Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis.
