Discover how major advances in ecology and biotechnology could change the food we eat in the future in the Science Museum's new free interactive gallery.

From 3,500 year-old bread to the first beef steak to grow outside a cow, explore how the way we produce and consume food has evolved in conjunction with advances in technology, society, and humanity's understanding of the natural world.
