Club FFRUK returns to Rooz Studios on Saturday 12 September for another close-up night of punk, new music and beautiful noise.
Hosted each month by Segs Jennings of The Ruts / Ruts DC and Tara Rez of The Duel, FFRUK brings together artists from different generations of the underground in one deliberately small room.
This month's live bill is led by UK82 punk legends Chaos UK, alongside Dogshite and Daddy Those Men Scare Me, with Tara Rez and Segs also taking to the stage and Segs on the decks.
Rooz isn't a conventional venue. FFRUK takes over one of its working rehearsal rooms and turns it into a tiny live club.
No barriers. No distant stage. No VIP pen.
The bands and the audience are right there together.
Think less polished gig venue and more like you somehow got invited into the rehearsal - except there's a bar.
For anyone who remembers the intimacy and atmosphere of places like the old 12 Bar Club in Denmark Street, there's a little of that spirit here. For everyone who doesn't: come and discover why small rooms matter.
This isn't about recreating the past.
It's about putting the generations together and making something happen now.

Punk Rock Singer Songwriter from London of legendary UK DIY punk band The Duel.
Chaos UK
Chaos UK are a hardcore punk band formed in 1979 in Portishead, near Bristol. They are associated with legendary Bristol label Riot City Records and played their part in revolutionising the hardcore punk scene at the time with their raucous, energetic, oft-political and in-your-face take on punk.
They continued dragging pre-crust punk kicking and screaming through the 80s and 90s to the present day with ranting commentary about the state of society which remains ever more poignant today as it was back then.
Expect high-energy, noisy, thrashy pogo-punk songs, with crackling guitar submerged behind a super-quick rhythm section, all to a shouty growling vocal to get both excited and angry to all at the same time.
