Sleeping Beauty will make all your dreams come true at The London Palladium this Christmas, celebrating ten years since panto spectacularly returned to London’s home of variety.

Starring Catherine Tate, Palladium pantomime royalty Julian Clary and impressionist Jon Culshaw, Sleeping Beauty also sees the return of Palladium panto favourites Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers and Rob Madge along with West End stars Emily Lane and Amonik Melaco.

The West End’s biggest Christmas show, now seen by over 1,000,000 people, will celebrate the 10th anniversary in magnificent style, with that age-old fairytale message: whilst one small prick can be deadly, at The London Palladium you’re promised the happiest of endings.

The London Palladium panto is an essential part of the capital’s Christmas.

Julian Clary

One of the most distinctive comics in the early days of alternative comedy, then an 'overnight success' through his iconoclastic Channel 4 game show Sticky Moments, Julian Clary has spent 30 years in show business dividing his time between radio and television, films and stage as an actor, entertainer, presenter and writer. Although he claims nowadays to enjoy the life of a country gentleman in his 16th century farmhouse, he can't resist the lure of live performance. Of course, expects a warm hand on his arrival... Ooh, naughty! 'Lots of camp smut and double entendres... doesn't disappoint... he was side-splittingly hilarious' (Daily Mirror) 'His persona of camp superciliousness is effortlessly amusing... Clary's genius is to find sexual suggestion where the rest of us wouldn't think of looking' (The Guardian) 'The audience – gay, straight, young, old – loved Clary and it was easy to see why' (Evening Standard).

Paul Zerdin

Considered by many to be the man who has made ventriloquism 'cool' and with more than 3 million hits on YouTube, plus guest appearances on Comedy Rocks and the Royal Variety Performance, Paul Zerdin is, without doubt, one of the most talented ventriloquist comedians in the world. 'Paul Zerdin is in a league of his own'(Time Out) 'If you thought the words brilliant and ventriloquist could not exist in the same sentence, go and see Paul Zerdin for some brutal re-education' (Evening Standard) 'Technically immaculate, it's what he does with his slick talent that really sets him apart. His relationship with the characters has all the dramatic tension of a real life double act' (The Guardian) 'Paul Zerdin's ventriloquist act is a fun, mind scrambling experience' (The Daily Telegraph).
