Lucas Dorado – El Sueño

El Sueño (The Dream) is led by Swiss-Argentine vibraphonist and composer Lucas Dorado, based in Paris. Blending jazz with Argentine folk traditions, his music creates a dreamlike world throughout the concert.

Founded in 2023, El Sueño has established itself on the European jazz scene, performing at venues including Zig Zag Jazzclub Berlin, Montenegro Jazz Festival, PizzaExpress Jazz Club London and Duc des Lombards Paris. The group won the Audience Prize at the Tonnerre de Jazz competition in France in 2024.

Their debut album, El Sueño, released in spring 2025, received strong reviews from France Musique, UK Jazz Magazine and Deutschlandfunk Kultur. The album was followed by tours across Europe and Argentina and a live session on TSF Jazz.

For this performance, the band welcomes Chilean singer Aitzi Cofré, based in London and featured on the debut album.
