As a leading comedy venue since the 1980s - which helped launch the careers of Eddie Izzard, The Mighty Boosh, Shappi Khorsandi, Micky Flanagan and many more - Jacksons Lane welcomes the return of a new regular comedy night, featuring both established acts and the stars of tomorrow.
Kicking away the winter blues we launch our brand new, semi-regular, packed full of fun stand up comedy club, featuring some of the best comedians on the UK stand-up circuit!
This month’s cracking club features the comedy skills of Sarah Isles, Tadiwa Mahlunge, Michelle Shaughnessy and headlined by the epic comedy awesomeness that is Jake Lambert!

Sarah Iles
Sarah is a bubbly comedian and writer from South London. She is co host for the touring comedy show 'Tarot, Nice to Meet You' which won the award for best audience interaction at The Brighton Fringe 2022 and 2023. Michelle Shaughnessy
Originally based in Toronto Michelle Shaughnessy fast made a name for herself across North America. She’s had numerous appearances on television and her debut album “You Know What You Did” hit number one on the iTunes comedy charts. Her sophomore album “Botoxic” received a coveted 5 star review from Toronto’s NOW Magazine. In 2017 she was a finalist in Canada’s “Top Comic” competition and her audition video has since went viral, with 5 million views and climbing. In 2018 her original scripted pilot was a finalist in Just For Laughs Stand Up and Pitch” sitcom contest. Michelle is also an accomplished writer and actor with credits that span commercial, variety, scripted and unscripted television. Her acting work has been featured on Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix. Newly based in London Michelle is becoming a fan favourite all over the UK. She appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022. Her show “Be Your Own Daddy” was directed by Adam Hills. The Scotsman called it a “winning debut”.
