Rosie Turton & Miryam Solomon present their duo album maar in a live context- an exploratory conversation between voice, modular synthesizer and trombone. Contemplative, textural, and at times fragile- it’s a space of searching, unraveling, and finding each other again.

Rosie Turton is a trombonist, modular synthesist, composer, and producer making waves on the UK jazz scene. Named 'One To Watch' by The Guardian and nominated for Jazz FM's 'Breakthrough Act of the Year', she blends meditative soundscapes with acoustic and electronic elements.

Miryam Solomon is a London-based vocalist, by way of Sweden and Eritrea. Her work is underpinned by her love for interlocking rhythms, vocal interplay, and storytelling. As an artist, performer and collaborator, her work spans a wide range of projects, most recently recording and performing with Florence + The Machine.
