Stockholm's Peter and Bjorn met as teenagers and in 1999 they met John. Fast forward to 2006 and their breakthrough single 'Young Folks', with it's insanely catchy whistling, together with third album 'Writer's Block', finally saw the band starting to attract a significant following outside their native Sweden. Their addictive blend of indie-folk and shimmery, lovelorn pop songs sees them offer a varied set, ranging from lively Simon And Garfunkel-style folk, through to the kind of laid-back pop we've come to expect from Scandinavian bands like the Cardigans and Wannadies.
