Fluent and original, jazz pianist Alex Bryson’s much anticipated debut album “The Alexander Bryson Trio” was hailed as a triumph and the follow up, "Live at Mike's", showcased not only his impressive jazz piano playing but also his very impressive singing & songwriting skills! His poignant and often wryly comic songs present reflections on love and romance and draw inspiration from the American Songbook, Musical Theatre, Country, Blues and more. Alex’s Trio, featuring Ben Love-bass & Joe Dessauer-drums, will perform a selection of Alex’s songs alongside some of their favourite jazz standards. Look forward to an engaging evening of songs, stories and exceptionally swinging jazz.
