About the show
Alec Harper has established himself as one of the leading tenor saxophonists of his generation. Formerly a member of the wildly popular UK outfit Kansas Smittys, you can also find him fronting his own group or appearing as an in-demand sideman for artists such as Tom Misch & Soft Cell. He has performed with the likes of Jamie Cullum, the WDR Big Band (Cologne) and at venues around the world, including North Sea Jazz Festival, the Albert Hall, Ronnie Scott’s & Dizzy’s (NYC). Tonight he brings his All-Star, swinging quartet to the Club featuring some of the best musicians in the UK.
