Featuring - Ten Years After

Ten Years After appearing at this event

Originally formed in the summer of 1968 by Alvin Lee (vocals and guitar), Leo Lyons (bass), Ric Lee (drums) and Chick Churchill (keyboards), the band didn't follow the fashion of flower power but instead went down the route of electric stage shows mixing blues, boogie and country to blistering effect.

With three top 5 albums and epic 11-minute performance of Goin' Home at the Woodstock festival, Ten Years After were one of the top blues rock acts. In 2013, Leo Lyons and Joe Gooch were replaced with Colin Hodgkinson and Marcus Bonfanti respectively. Joined by original member Ric Lee, the band continues to tour.

THE STUMBLE — FROM GLASGOW'S BLUES UNDERGROUND TO ONE OF THE UK'S MOST ELECTRIFYING LIVE BANDS

Over the last two decades and more, The Stumble have carved out a reputation the only way that truly matters — on stage. Across the UK and Europe, from major festivals to intimate venues, they have become known as a band that doesn't just perform, but connects, delivers, and leaves a mark. Audiences return again and again, not out of habit, but because every show feels like it matters. The blues press has long recognised this, with one of the most repeated and telling lines being "without doubt one of the very best live bands on the road today," while seasoned gig-goers regularly come away saying, "they can't possibly be as good as I remember"… only to discover that they are.

There are bands who play the blues… and then there are bands like THE STUMBLE
