Uncle Josef's Holiday Camp

Uncle Josef's Holiday Camp tells the story of a group of western adventure tourists who, in seeking new and unique experiences, decide to take a holiday in a redundant, soviet-era labour camp, somewhere in the Russian Arctic. This is a darkly amusing gig- theatre show, crammed full with evocatively creative ballads featuring original music that borrows freely from the folk traditions of eastern Europe and Catford. The show is based on a musical play written by John Barnes & Jon McCaffrey
