The ultimate gentleman’s gentleman Jeeves is on loan to Lord Towcester while Bertie Wooster is away learning to look after himself at mens’ finishing school. Lucky for the cash-strapped Lord of the Manor who simply can’t help getting into scrapes.
Enter demanding relatives, rich widows, bookies and horse-racing shenanigans. Blackmail, capers and just a little light crime mingle in this comic glimpse into a genteel but hard-up world.
