Having formed in 2021, Triple01s released their first single, Oi Freeze Up, in the same year – and instantly caught the attention of the Scottish drill scene. Sadly, in December 2022, Triple01s member Trigga (Tyler Green) announced in a video to his fans that he was battling with cancer and talked of his struggles whilst also announcing a catalogue of music had been recorded along with a documentary. Only a week after his official announcement, he sadly passed away with his loved ones by his side. Fellow member YSK has stated that he made a promise to Trigga to continue releasing the music they had been working on together for the last 2 years of his life.
