About the show
Police Dog Hogan bring their irresistible blend of country, folk and Americana to the stage, all delivered with a distinctly British character.
Blending banjo, fiddle, accordion, trumpet and driving rhythms, the band pair rich musicianship with sharp storytelling, wry humour and songs packed with heart.
Featuring new material from their latest album Lightning Strike alongside much-loved fan favourites, Police Dog Hogan’s live shows are uplifting, warm and brilliantly energetic – a joyous, foot-stomping celebration of great songs and great musicianship.
Featuring - Police Dog Hogan
Police Dog Hogan are a high-energy and eclectic seven-piece, combining fiddle, banjo, mandolin, bass, drums and guitars with four-part harmonies in a mix of country, pop, folk, and rocking urban bluegrass.
Their songs range from the wistful and poetic to out-and-out, foot-stomping tales of doomed barbecues, French mustard and falling in love on a Tennessee highway.
'...a really good, fun time' (DJ Johnnie Walker).
