Coalville's premier rock festival is back for 2023 at Victoria Bikers Pub, Coalville, on 22-23 October. The organisers have announced the incredible Gypsy Pistoleros as headliners. They'll be joined by some of the UK's best up-and-coming classic rock acts, including Blitz, Skinny Knowledge and Trident Waters. Weekend tickets for the festival start at £30 and are on sale now!

Topping the bill on Saturday night are the Gypsy Pistoleros. Described as "the world's greatest flamenco punk glam rock band ever", the band has recently received prime-time airplay with the single The ballad of Tommy Shelby. Lead singer Lee Mark Jones is excited to head up the Saturday night. "Gypsy Pistoleros cannot wait to play Quarantune Rocks, cracking people, cracking line up! Essentially, it's gonna be a right cracker!!!" he said.

Across the weekend, visitors can enjoy 11 bands spread across two stages on Friday and Saturday. Tickets for the weekend are on sale now and start at just £15 for a day ticket.

Gypsy Pistoleros

Gypsy Pistoleros appearing at this event

'Gypsy Pistoleros are a thrill-a-minute collection of melodic eye-patch swagger that smells of exotic spices and forbidden concubines. The Gypsy Pistoleros sound like Hanoi Rocks, if Hanoi Rocks were sultans and snake charmers.' - Sleazegrinder-Classic Rock Magazine "This, actually, is as good as sleaze ever got in the last decade. They are the greatest flamenco sleaze glam band ever. And that’s just a fact. If you don’t believe me, listen to this." Paul Thorley Maximum volume music "one of the hardest things to achieve in music – a unique sound" - Steve BeeBee Planet Rock

Skinny Knowledge

Skinny Knowledge’s debut album ‘Don’t Turn Out The Lights’ on first listen is pure blood rock n’ roll tinged with punk influences. However, peel back the layers and what you’ll find at the centre is a big middle finger to a society that makes people feel like it’s not okay to not be okay. A society that creates a tormenting image of false pretence that kicks us when we’re down, rather than helping us back up. In a world full of tainted phone screens and technology, the songs presented on ‘Don’t Turn Out The Lights’ believe there’s a place inside of all of us that’s searching for some form of realism. This is honest rock n’ roll in every essence. Thundering drums, roaring guitars, and a voice with something to say.
