Bearded Theory is a multi-award winning creative and performing arts festival set in the beautiful grounds of Catton Hall in the heart of the National Forest.
Iggy Pop is the ultimate survivor, one of the early punks and now a born-again hero of disaffected youth with his re-issued anthem 'Lust For Life' epitomising the 'Trainspotting' rebels.

Despite the much-publicised trials and tribulations they've gone through, James, Sean and Nicky remain the Kings of the Welsh music scene. Highly ideological, extremely patriotic and outrageously popular, having produced classic indie/rock cross-overs such as 'A Design For Life', 'You Love Us' and 'Motorcycle Emptiness'. Music with a message from a trio who've earnt the right to sing it.

Top-notch rock'n'roll psychedelia with a punk edge. At their peak in the mid 80s they stimulated sales of black hair dye and crimpers like no band before or since. The Sisters of Mercy achieved early underground success after forming in Leeds in 1980. They had their commercial breakthrough in the mid-1980s and released three studio albums, including their last studio album Vision Thing in 1990. This was followed by the compilation albums Some Girls Wander By Mistake and A Slight Case Of Overbombing in 1992 and 1993 respectively, and the band have been touring ever since. The Sisters of Mercy are Chris Catalyst (guitars), Ben Christo (guitars), Andrew Eldritch (vocals), Nurse (nurse to the Doktor) and Doktor Avalanche (drums and bass).

Yard Act formed in Leeds in September 2019 when Ryan Needham found himself temporarily living in James Smith's spare bedroom. The two had been pub associates for years, but their new living circumstances served as a catalyst for their friendship and creative partnership which saw them fuse James' interest in spoken word with Ryan's primitive proto-punk demos using an ancient drum machine and borrowed bass guitar. They released their first material in March 2020, coinciding with you-know-what, and with just three singles (The Trapper’s Pelts, Fixer Upper and Peanuts) and three gigs to date, Yard Act have staked out a territory all their own. Setting up their own imprint Zen F.C. they released their debut 7” which can now only be found for exorbitant sums on Discogs, they’ve scored two 6music playlists, and they’ve won a growing fanbase with their coruscating, narrative driven, spoken word dance-punk.
