She writes and performs with her husband - musician and producer Nick Burns. With her music Ebony holds a mirror to herself and the world, reflecting the human want and struggle to fit in or break out.

Ebony is an Australian-born singer / songwriter / actor / keen amateur percussion player living in London. After a rather whimsical upbringing by the sea, eating coconuts and dreaming of mermaids, Ebony decided her path lay across the seas and she eventually arrived on the rocky shores of ye olde Great Britain. She has joined forces with her talented husband Nick Burns and their sound is quirky folk-pop with a twist! Her songs are inspired by the stories she grew up with, the creatures she wishes she knew, and the ridiculous situations she manages to get in to! All in all, they are dramatic, moving and oftentimes just a little bit strange.
