Featuring
Paddy Lennox
Paddy is a popular Irish Stand-up and has been tour support for Rhod Gilbert, Lucy Porter and Micky Flanagan. He hosts The Laughing Bishops Comedy Club in Bishop's Stortford and The Great Dunmow Comedy Club in... er... Great Dunmow. Both are sell-out shows mainly due to all the acts being his friends from The London Comedy Store. He started Stand-Up in December 2001 only to be interrupted with a couple of comedies at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and a couple of surreal commercials in far off lands, before returning to his new found passion. A naturally funny, warm comic who plays all the big (and small) clubs in the UK. He has also gigged in South Africa, Germany, Ireland, Croatia, Estonia, Malta, and lil' ol' Slovenia. '... simply a scream' (The Daily Telegraph) '... comedy the way it should be: a laugh-a-minute which leaves the audience wishing the show was just a little bit longer... gentle Irish lilt belies a mischievous sense of humour' (Fest). 'Excellent stand-up, Paddy Lennox, is laid-back and charismatic. Vastly entertaining. This show proves that the AAA stand-up comedians have great things ahead of them' (Three Weeks).

'It's high time someone gave him a TV show of his own!' (The Guardian). "Blessed with killer timing" (Metro).

Rob Deering
Rob Deering performs stand-up comedy with music, using a guitar, a loop pedal and his voice to create impressive rock and pop soundscapes – and do jokes, of course. Along with being one of the most in-demand headliners on the UK circuit, he’s toured nationally and performed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe many times since starting out in comedy in the year 2000. His late-night, live-music pop quiz Beat This is a festival institution. Winner of the Amused Moose Award 2001. 'With his easy charm, chessy singing voice, razor-sharp wit and clownish physicality Rob has quickly established himself as a firm favourite on the comedy circuit around Britain' (Pontardawe Arts Centre0 'Truly wonderful stand-up' (The Sunday Times). 'As sharp and versatile as a Swiss Army Knife' (The Independent). 'Bruisingly hilarious... brilliant musical comedian' (Time Out).

Susan Murray
Possibly one of the rudest women in the world today, and maybe also one of the funniest! winner of the first ever jongleurs competition and a seasoned regular on the circuit, Susan has emerged as one of the best female stand-ups around. A professional of the comedy circuit, Susan has contributed to an array of Radio 4 comedy: The Now Show, News Quiz, Newsjack and The Show What You Wrote. Susan produced her original idea for Radio 4 Extra “Warming Up” about comedians’ backstage habits. She has starred in “Jeremy Hardy Speaks To The Nation” and was a guest on Stephen K Amos’ “Idiots Guide” both for BBC Radio 4. 'She has the mentality of a spiteful 14 year old boy! Very admirable in a young lady!' (Arthur Smith) 'Susan Murray's baffled everywoman persona cloaks a dry, intelligent wit' (Stewart Lee) '... a right cheeky little lass who oscillates brilliantly and wildly between characters, accents, stories and banging the mike on her head' (Three Weeks) 'Cynicism that could fell a rhino at 1000 paces. Like it' (Al Murray) 'A feisty comedy fireball of fun' (Time Out).
