Everything Under the Sun bring their acclaimed celebration of the music of Pink Floyd to Carlisle Cathedral in a very special, one-off, in-the-round performance, underneath Luke Jerram's Museum of the Moon installation.
Everything Under The Sun will perform both Wish You Were Here and The Dark Side of the Moon in full, and more, in a two-hour show that features the cathedral's pipe organ as part of the 7-piece band, accompanied by synchronised video.
Everything Under The Sun isn't a tribute band but combines the grandeur of historic pipe organs with the raw energy of a rock band, creating a one-of-a-kind live experience in amazing architectural spaces.
Previously seen at Coventry Cathedral, Hull Minster, Llandaff Cathedral, Leicester Cathedral, Blackburn Cathedral, Tewkesbury Abbey, Shrewsbury Abbey and Bradford Cathedral, Everything Under The Sun are excited to bring the show to Carlisle Cathedral and its wonderful pipe organ.

In March 2023, an imaginative group of musicians united to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd's iconic The Dark Side of the Moon album with a free concert at St Mary's Church in Warwick, using the church’s pipe organ as a central feature of the band. This unforgettable event sparked the birth of Everything Under The Sun, a collective that is reframing the live presentation of classic albums. A year later, Everything Under The Sun performed a sold-out concert at Coventry Cathedral, enthralling over 800 concertgoers and raising vital funds for the restoration of its iconic organ.
In March 2025, Everything Under The Sun returned to Coventry Cathedral for another sell-out performance, debuting their new show, this time celebrating the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s iconic Wish You Were Here album.
Further acclaimed shows followed in 2025 and 2026 at Hull Minster, Llandaff Cathedral, Leicester Cathedral, Blackburn Cathedral, Tewkesbury Abbey, Shrewsbury Abbey and Bradford Cathedral.
