Kick-start your week with the Monday Night Open Mic & Jam Session — Whitchurch’s longest-running and most welcoming live music night. Whether you’re a seasoned performer, a first-timer finding your feet, or just someone who loves live music, this is the place to be on a Monday.

This isn’t a pressure gig. It’s a friendly, supportive session where musicians of all styles and experience levels come together to play, experiment, and enjoy themselves. Turn up solo or bring your bandmates — there’s always someone ready to jam.

How it works

• Sign-up from 8:00pm

• Music starts at 8:15pm

• Solo slots and group jams welcome

• Around 15 minutes per act (depending on numbers)

• Full backline provided — just bring your instrument

• Host band wraps up the night around 10:30pm

Guitarists, singers, drummers, bass players, horn players, keyboard players — everyone is welcome. Try out new material, revisit old favourites, or just jump in and see where the music takes you.

Come to play. Come to watch. Come for a pint and stay for the music.

Good tunes, good company, and the right kind of chaos.

Monday nights belong at The Earl Haig Club.
