About the show

Hannah Brine is delighted to be making her debut at The Theatre Royal. Originally from Leicester, where she grew up singing in local choirs and bands, Hannah released her debut album Blue Sky Now in 2025.

Hannah toured the album extensively throughout 2025, performing at over thirty venues across the UK. Highlights included Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall, Buxton Opera House, where she supported Rumer, and some of London’s most renowned jazz venues, including The Pheasantry.

‘Pure velvet, Hannah sings with the clarity of Norah Jones and Karen Carpenter. She has the smoothest vocals, with an ear for writing beautiful melodies too.’ Neil Hughes, Theatre Royal

‘Brine’s effortless voice is smoothly in control throughout…she has a shrewd understanding of the pop-jazz idiom’ — Jazzwise

‘Hannah’s honey-toned voice caresses the melodies, imbuing the words with a lightness of touch’ — Jazz Views
