Joseph Morpurgo is a comedian, writer and improviser. He is a three-time Chortle Award winner (Award For Innovation; Breakthrough Act; and Comedian’s Comedian). He is well known for being co-creator and member of acclaimed improv comedy group Austentatious.
His broadcast credits include Harry & Paul's Story of the 2s (BBC Two), Drunk History (Comedy Central), Murder in Successville (BBC Two) and The World of Simon Rich (Radio 4), and he has written and starred in shorts for BBC3 and Sky Arts. His Radio 4 series, Joseph Morpurgo’s Walking Tour, will air in 2017.
