Created in 1857 as an assembly hall, library and reading rooms for the local cotton mill workers. Throughout the years its seen a wide variety of events from religious sermons and ballroom dances to important world war 1 meetings and petty cases down in the old courtroom and holding cell below. This venue has never been investigated before so its down to us to see what might uncover.
